What to tell them

Groomers ask the same few things. Have these ready and the call is quick:

Size: Small, medium or large — or just “not sure”.
Coat: Short & smooth, double / fluffy, curly / woolly, long & silky, or wiry / scruffy.
Last groom: First groom or puppy, within 2 months, 3–6 months, over 6 months, or not sure.
Temperament & anything to know: Nervous with noise or handling, sensitive skin, a senior dog, doesn’t like paws touched, or anything else.
